INSTALLATION FLOW

FROM PC
TO HEADSET.

  1. Download Build 98 and extract the complete ZIP on the Windows PC.
  2. Connect the Meta Quest headset with a USB data cable and ensure Developer Mode and USB debugging are enabled.
  3. Put on the headset and accept the USB debugging request. Select Always allow from this computer if available.
  4. On the PC, run Install_Project_2088_SD-arm64.bat and keep its window open.
  5. While the installer is working, open Unknown Sources inside the headset and run Project 2088.
  6. This bridges the connection and allows the remaining game files to install locally onto the headset.
  7. Wait for the PC installer to confirm completion before disconnecting the headset.
  8. Launch Project 2088 again from Unknown Sources.

If installation pauses, keep the headset connected and awake, check for another USB debugging request, then rerun the installer and reopen Project 2088 from Unknown Sources.
