ALBION IS STILL ALIVE
Destruction is localised, not universal.
Albion's world rules were clarified so Britana remains inhabited and functional rather than becoming a universal wasteland. Cell Health and Conflict Pressure were established as separate simulation values, while civilian observation made abandoned places socially conspicuous. No new executable build, gameplay fix or Quest performance test was recorded.
Established localised destruction as a core setting rule.
Defined ambient civilian observation through glances, pauses, whispers, withdrawal, closed curtains and reporting.
Introduced Cell Health for infrastructure, supply, civic continuity, security confidence, cohesion and connectivity.
Introduced Conflict Pressure for violence, scarcity, isolation, faction pressure and player disruption.
Kept both values separate from faction ownership.
The model allows a Free City to be healthy and a Construct-held district to be unstable without collapsing every place into the same visual state.
Value ranges, thresholds and transition rules were not defined. Observation and memory remained design decisions rather than implemented NPC functionality.
A functioning society makes suspicious player behaviour more visible and gives damaged locations stronger contrast.
Abandoned places are now governed by a social rule: nobody stops you, but everybody sees you.
Define ranges and update triggers, map them to visible world and NPC behaviour, and connect witness memory to the canonical event registry.
